Project Pinky Promise is a student run organization dedicated to uplifting pediatric patients through handmade felted plushies
Addressing The Problem
Hospital stays and clinic visits oftentimes can be stressful for young kids Research from NIH shows that medical care can lead to heightened anxiety and trigger trauma responses in children
Our solution
We craft and donate handmade felted animal plushies each uniquely created with different types of injuries for patients to relate to designed to provide emotional support as a "little buddy to young patients
our Goals
Our goals are to provide comfort for pediatric patients and raise morale in HospitaL Environments
